We post every order from our workshop in Howick, KwaZulu-Natal.
Where we deliver
We deliver to street addresses anywhere in South Africa. We do not ship outside South Africa from the website. For orders from other countries, email info@howzatseat.co.za and we will quote.
When it leaves
- Seats in stock: Dispatches from Howick in 1 to 2 working days.
- Made to order: Cut and stitched in Howick, dispatches in 5 to 7 working days.
- Branded and large school or club orders: the date we agree with you.
Once dispatched, the courier usually delivers in 1 to 3 working days to main centres and 3 to 5 working days to outlying areas. These are estimates, not guarantees.
What it costs
We ship with The Courier Guy. The price depends on your province, per parcel of up to 4 seats. The exact amount shows in your cart before you pay.

Tracking
When your order leaves we email you the waybill number and a tracking link. You can also check the status on your order page.
If there is a problem
- Please check the address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned because the address was wrong or nobody was there, the cost to send it again is yours.
- If your parcel arrives damaged, take photos and email us within 48 hours.
- If your parcel is lost by the courier, we send a replacement or refund you in full.
Ownership and risk pass to you when the parcel is delivered to the address you gave us.
