Returns, refunds and cancellations

Cancelling an order

You can cancel any time before your order is dispatched. Email info@howzatseat.co.za or WhatsApp +27 71 603 6406 with your order number and we refund you in full.

Branded or custom orders cannot be cancelled once we have started cutting and printing, because the seats are made for you.

Changed your mind

You can return seats within 14 days of delivery for a refund, as long as:

• the seat is unused and in the condition you received it
• you send it back in its original packaging where possible
• it is not a branded or custom made order

You pay the courier cost to send it back. We refund the price of the seats. The original delivery fee is not refunded unless the whole order is returned within 7 days of delivery, as allowed under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.

Faulty or wrong items

If a seat arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, tell us within 6 months of delivery. We will repair it, replace it or refund you, your choice, as the Consumer Protection Act allows. We pay the courier both ways.

After 6 months, faults are covered by our 10 year warranty.

How to return a seat

• Email info@howzatseat.co.za with your order number, what you are returning and why. Add photos if it is faulty.
• We reply within two working days with the return address and, for faulty items, a courier collection.
• Pack the seat well. Parcels lost or damaged on the way back to us are your risk unless we arranged the courier.

Refunds

Once we have the seat back and checked it, we refund you within 10 working days, and never later than 30 days. Refunds go back the way you paid: card payments to the same card through PayFast, and EFT or instant EFT payments to your bank account. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the money.

If you used a coupon code, the refund is the amount you actually paid.
