Warranty & returns

Howzat Seats carry a limited 10-year manufacturer’s warranty based on normal use. The Howick workshop stands behind the materials and the workmanship on every seat made there.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects in fabric, foam, rods and stitching under ordinary outdoor use: stadiums, camping, sidelines, beaches. It does not cover misuse, alteration, or damage from accidents.

If something is wrong with a new order, email info@howzatseat.co.za with your order number and photos. We will arrange a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate.

Unworn, unused seats may be returned within 14 days of delivery. You cover the return courier unless the seat is faulty.
